Gluten Free Chocolate Cookies!

Hello!

Finally, I am posting the recipe to the most delicious chocolate chip cookies! I found this recipe on Food Renegade and they were absolutely amazing!






Ingredients:
- 1/8 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/8 cup milk chocolate chips
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cocoa powder
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup of honey

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2. Mix together the eggs, honey and cocoa powder.  

3. Fold in the chocolate chips.  I added both dark chocolate chips and regular chocolate chips to keep the flavour from being too rich.

4. Stir in the teaspoon of vanilla. 


5. Roll the cookies into little balls, and place them on a lined baking sheet.  You should be able to make a dozen cookies.

6. Let the cookies cook in the over for about 5 minutes. Pull the tray out and press the cookies down with a fork.

7. Cook the cookies for another 5 minutes (you may need to leave them in longer depending on your oven). Pull them out of the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. 

These cookies are best served warm, as the chocolate is melted and it's a gooey, but delicious, mess. They are so simple to make, and a delicious treat when you are craving a good chocolate cookie!
